When determining size, there are two things to consider, strap size and case size.

The watches we stock have resizable leather straps or adjustable metal bracelets. These are universally sized and you can adjust them yourself or at a local jeweller after you receive your watch.

For the cases, this measured in mm and typically men or people with bigger wrists will opt for bigger watches (40mm and above) whilst women or people with smaller wrist may opt for smaller watches (below 40mm). For a more classic and understated look, opt for a smaller case size. If you prefer a bolder and more contemporary style, larger case sizes be more suitable. If you would like our professional opinion, you can contact us and we will gladly help you.

All of our watches are shipped with a thank you card from The Watchly. We can certainly help you out if you would like us to include a special message with your shipment. Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will be able to help.

At The Watchly, we guarantee that all our watches are 100% authentic and brand new, carefully packaged in their original boxes. We source our watches from a global supply network, ensuring a diverse collection of renowned brands for our customers to choose from.

Not all watches are water-resistant. This will simply depend upon the brand and model. Please refer to the manual for your particular watch, or contact us if you are still unsure.

The standard manufacturer warranty is included with every purchase. This is normally a 1-2 year warranty but may be different for each brand. If for any reason, your watch is defective, please contact us and we will issue you a repair or replacement.
