Our guaranteed shipping times are as follows:

1-3 weeks (in Australia)
2-5 weeks (outside Australia)

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If your order is delayed due to late postage by us, we will issue you a gift card of significant value to use on your next purchase at The Watchly.

All watches are authentic, brand new and are shipped in their original boxes with any protective stickers still applied. For orders outside Australia, your country may have additional import fees and taxes which will not be paid for or reimbursed by us. Make sure you know the rules for your country.

Note: If you notice that the email you entered at checkout is incorrect, please email us immediately at support@thewatchly.com and we will attempt to fix this urgently. We do not offer refunds if the incorrect address is supplied to us.
