For all customers worldwide, we offer the option to return items for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and product boxes intact.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Options for change of mind:

• Store Credit: Customers may select a store credit for 100% of the original amount paid. There is no restocking fee when choosing the store credit option.
• Refund: Customers may instead choose to receive a refund to the original payment method. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs (if any) and there is also a 20% restocking fee when choosing a refund.
• As per EU law, restocking fees do not apply to EU customers.

How to Request a Return (Change of Mind)

1. Contact us to initiate the return/exchange process.
2. We will request photos of the item to verify its condition.
3. After approval, we will provide return instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a store credit or refund will be issued within 1 business day.

For incorrect items, or for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or due to a delivery error not caused by the customer, we ensure a smooth process as follows:

• Full Refund: Customers will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will apply.

3. We will provide a free return shipping label and instructions.
4. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund within 1 business day.

We work all around the world and process orders in different timezones. Due to our quick order processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been placed.

Delivery Issues:

• Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page. Our delivery estimates are 95% accurate, however, these are only guidelines, and we do not issue refunds for orders delivered after the estimated dates.
• Rejected Deliveries: Rejecting a shipment will be considered a change-of-mind return and will incur return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
• Missing Parcels: If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, we will investigate with the logistics team. If confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
• Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate for stolen packages, as this needs to be resolved with local authorities.

General:

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Change of Mind: Change of mind includes any reason other than a product or delivery fault (including if a watch is bigger than you thought it would be). Please carefully check product details, as returns for incorrect sizing or dissatisfaction are considered change of mind and may incur a restocking fee.
